అర్హత తెలుసుకోండి
తెలంగాణలో APL (Above Poverty Line) మరియు BPL (Below Poverty Line) రెండు రకాల కార్డులు ఉంటాయి. కుటుంబ వార్షిక ఆదాయం ₹1.5 లక్షల లోపు ఉంటే BPL అర్హత ఉంటుంది.
Online Apply — MeeSeva / AP Portal

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్: epds.ap.gov.in
లేదా దగ్గరి MeeSeva center కి వెళ్ళి apply చేయండి.
అప్లికేషన్ fill చేయండి
Family head details, all members' Aadhaar numbers, income details fill చేయండి. Annual income certificate అవసరం.
Documents submit చేయండి
అవసరమైన పత్రాలు MeeSeva కి submit చేయండి. Receipt తీసుకోండి.
Verification & Card
Field officer verification తర్వాత 30-45 రోజుల్లో కార్డు వస్తుంది. Status check: EPDS portal
🪪 ఆధార్ కార్డు
Aadhaar Enrollment Center వెళ్ళండి
దగ్గరి Aadhaar enrollment center find చేయండి: appointments.uidai.gov.in లో appointment book చేయండి.
Biometric Enrollment
Fingerprints, iris scan, మరియు photo తీస్తారు. Enrollment form fill చేయండి. Acknowledgement slip తీసుకోండి.
Status Check
Enrollment ID వాడి myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in లో status check చేయండి. 90 రోజుల్లో వస్తుంది.
Online Corrections
Name, DOB, Address మార్చాలంటే: myAadhaar portal లో login చేసి update request పెట్టవచ్చు. ₹50 fee వస్తుంది.
Download e-Aadhaar
myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in లో OTP verify చేసి ఉచితంగా download చేయవచ్చు.
💳 పాన్ కార్డు
NSDL లేదా UTI Portal
Online apply: NSDL Portal లేదా UTI Portal. Form 49A fill చేయండి.
Details Fill చేయండి
Name, DOB, Father's name, Address correctly fill చేయండి. ₹107 (India) లేదా ₹1,017 (Foreign address) fee pay చేయండి.
Documents Upload
Identity proof, Address proof, DOB proof upload చేయండి. Photo మరియు signature upload తప్పనిసరి.
Acknowledgement
15-digit acknowledgement number note చేసుకోండి. Status: NSDL Status Track
Aadhaar తో Link చేయండి
Income Tax portal లో PAN-Aadhaar link తప్పనిసరి. Link చేయకపోతే PAN inoperative అవుతుంది. Deadline passed — ₹1,000 fee తో link చేయవచ్చు.
🛂 పాస్పోర్ట్
Passport Seva Portal
passportindia.gov.in లో register చేయండి. New User Registration చేసి login చేయండి.
Application Form Fill
Fresh Passport కి Form 1 fill చేయండి. Normal (30-45 రోజులు): ₹1,500 | Tatkal (7-14 రోజులు): ₹3,500. Fee online pay చేయండి.
Appointment Book
దగ్గరి Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) లేదా Post Office Passport Seva Kendra లో appointment book చేయండి.
PSK Visit
Appointment date రోజు originals తో వెళ్ళండి. Biometrics, photo, documents verify అవుతాయి. Token system follow చేయండి.
Police Verification & Delivery
Background check తర్వాత passport speed post లో వస్తుంది. Status check: portal లేదా SMS.
🚗 డ్రైవింగ్ లైసెన్స్
Sarathi Portal
sarathi.parivahan.gov.in లో apply for Learner's Licence. State select చేసి proceed చేయండి.
Learner's Licence Test
Online theory test give చేయండి — traffic signs, rules questions. Fee: ₹200. Pass అయితే LL వస్తుంది (6 నెలలు valid).
Driving Practice
LL తో కనీసం 30 రోజులు driving practice చేయండి. Registered Driving School లో training తీసుకోవచ్చు.
Permanent DL Test
30 రోజుల తర్వాత RTO లో driving test కి appointment book చేయండి. Practical driving test give చేయండి. Fee: ₹300-500.
DL Delivery
Test pass అయిన తర్వాత Smart Card DL speed post లో వస్తుంది. DigiLocker లో digital copy available అవుతుంది.
🏠 ఆస్తి పత్రాలు
Dharani Portal (తెలంగాణ)
dharani.telangana.gov.in లో Land Records, Patta passbook, మరియు property registrations చూడవచ్చు.
AP Land Records
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్: meebhoomi.ap.gov.in లో 1B, Adangal, FMB చూడవచ్చు. Account number లేదా Aadhaar వాడవచ్చు.
Encumbrance Certificate (EC)
Property మీద loans / liens ఉన్నాయా చూడడానికి EC తప్పనిసరి. Registration department లేదా online portal లో apply చేయండి.
Property Registration
Sub-Registrar Office లో registration: Stamp duty (5-6% of value) + Registration fee (0.5%) చెల్లించాలి. Both parties Aadhaar తో attend చేయాలి.
Mutation (నామాంతరం)
Property కొన్న తర్వాత మీ పేరు revenue records లో register చేయండి (Mutation). Village Officer / MRO కి application ఇవ్వండి.
